Troy Sloan has been working in the Alberta oil patch for twenty-five years. During this time, he has built a successful construction and operating business. He has served as a dozer boss for Forestry during many campaign fires. He also has been flying for five years, mostly in the Lesser Slave Lake area. Kim Rossi has been working as pilot in Northern Alberta for eight years. Her experience includes oil and gas support, forest fire management, land surveying, tree planting, aerial infrared imaging, reclamation, and general charter work.
